Rock-climbing aficinadors may come and discover the wealth of routes that are still unknown, well off the tourist-track. The Imiter gorges, only one 1 Km from our frontdoor, are a climber's paradise, a necessary stop during a tour of the Atlas Mountains

Rock-climbs: 15 climbing area's, 100 bolted routes. Each route can be topped off and rappelled with a 70 m rope and 10 carbiners. The region offers countless possibilities!!!!!

Bouldering: numerous sandstone and limestone boulders where François Clair and Franc Baisard recently developed many routes and problems.

Other mountain activities: Mountain hikes, paragliding, etc....in addition. most of the region contains other assets that all-terrain lovers have not yet discoverd. If the Sahara is generally not frequented except during the cooler six monthes of the year, the Atlas mountains make an enjoyable visit even during the hottest monthes of summer possible. So dirt-road explorers or off-road lovers: come to sample the many many kilometers of linked routes. You are welcome on the 4 x 4 roads that still bear monuments of the french legion's efforts: the roads of the gorges of Todgha, mount Baddou ( a 2917 meter massive peak, filled with caves), Améllago ( Gheriss river) and Goulmima

The people of Améllago live in the simple way they always did. The infrequent passing of the vehicles in season has not changed their way of living, nor the connection with travelers. Their connections are very simple and their tolerance is great. These exchanges are aimable and above all. Visitors must be sure to take part of this rare jewel of a place, as the culture richness is truly the treasure of this land

Améllago is truly a traveling destination: we warmly wlcome you!
